Assessments for Autism
What is Autism?
Autism Spectrum Disorder (autism or ASD) is a developmental condition characterized by differences in social interaction, communication, and behavior. Individuals with autism may have unique ways of learning, paying attention, or reacting to various sensations. The term "spectrum" in ASD reflects the wide variation in challenges and strengths possessed by each person with autism. Diagnosis typically involves an array of behaviors and skills rather than reliance on one single factor. People with autism bring diverse perspectives and abilities to their communities, emphasizing the importance of support and understanding in fostering their potential.
Our Assessments for Autism
Autism is recognizable in early childhood, and our experts can diagnosis as young as 16 months of age. There are also times that our clients are not diagnosed until they are adolescents, due to their many strengths that have masked the symptoms.

Our evaluations incorporate specialized measures to assess social and communication abilities. Our trained clinicians use diagnostic tools like the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2), play-based, and developmental assessments. Post-assessment, clinicians discuss the outcomes and provide tailored recommendations. A detailed report and resources such as speech and occupational therapy, behavioral interventions, and educational guidance are offered after the consultation.
